Cancellation, Return & Refund

1.Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before the service has started, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the service has begun but before it is completed, your eligibility for a partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already performed

2. 24hrs Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a refund within 24hrs from the time of the service was completed. This policy applies under the following conditions:

3. Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: You are not eligible for a refund simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the service after it has been completed.
  • Delays Outside Our Control: We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as a lack of timely information or cooperation from your end.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred from third-party services (e.g., software licenses, stock photography) that were necessary to complete your project are non-refundable.

Delays Caused by You: If the service is delayed due to a lack of timely information, feedback, or cooperation from your end, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly. We will work with you to get the project back on track, but we are not liable for delays resulting from your inaction.

Upon completion of the service, you will receive a final confirmation. This may include a formal “sign-off” on the project, access to a final deliverable, or a notification that the service has been rendered.
